This amazing Homemade S’mores Cupcakes recipe I found at http://www.52kitchenadventures.com/ and I love it. It's so fantastic and tasty. My kids are crazy about it. This is such a good idea for cupcakes. I hope you like it.
Ingredients:
Graham cracker cupcakes:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 15 whole crackers ground in processor)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
3/4 cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup whole milk
Chocolate ganache:
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Homemade marshmallow fluff
