Amazing dessert! In this recipe the cake is sweet at the expense of fruits and berries, but not sugar. It looks unusual and easily to cook.
Ingredients:
• Mango – 1 pc.
• Blackberry – 20 g
• Flour – 160 g
• Corn starch – 12 g
• Maple syrup – 12 tsp.
• Baking powder – 20 g
• Milk – 200 ml
• Butter – 50 g
• Cream 20-22% – 50 ml
• Salt – 1/4 tsp.
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 170C. Mix maple syrup and starch. Add chopped mango and blackberry, stir.
- Mix flour with baking powder, add milk and cream. Cut butter into large pieces, put into baking dish and place into oven until melt.
- Place dough into baking dish, then put fruits to the top. The layer of dough should be quite thin. Place it into preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
