Spaghetti Squash With Peas & Parmesan recipe

This amazing recipe I founded at and I love it. It's so delicious and it's perfect for fast dinner or fast lunch. Pasta is generally a simple dish, but comes in large varieties because it is a versatile food item


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups of cooked spaghetti squash
  • 1 cup of peas
  • ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
