This sauce is cooked from mushrooms in sour cream, so it is not too high-calorie. But it’s so delicious that you can eat it as main dish, but also it is perfectly complements the potato cutlets. I hope you like it.
Ingredients for :
• Mushrooms – 500 g
• Onions (100g) – 1 pc.
• Flour – 20 g
• Sour cream – 200 g
• Vegetable oil – 40 ml
• Butter – 25 g
• Salt – 1/2 tsp.
- Fry the finely chopped onions, and then add pieces of mushrooms.
- Warm a tablespoon of flour and a tablespoon of butter in another frying pan, avoiding discoloration.
- Put into mushrooms fried flour and salt. If it is quite dry (it depends on mushrooms), you can add a little boiling water and continue to cook over medium heat constantly stirring.
- Add cream after few minutes, stir and bring to a boil. That’s it! The sauce can be served!
