Classic recipe that requires a minimum of time and effort and as the result will please chocolate lovers. You can cook the cookies when you have nothing sweet for tea. Everything is so fast that the tea have no time to cool.
- Sugar – 200 g
- Milk – 50 ml
- Peanut butter – 50 ml
- Large oat flakes – 140 g
- Cocoa powder – 50 g
- Butter – 50 g
- Vanillin – 0.1 tsp.
- Place the baking paper on a table or tray. Mix 2 cups of sugar, cocoa, milk and 1/2 cup of butter and put it on medium heat. Bring it to a boil constantly stirring.
- Remove it from the heat in 1.5 minutes after boiling; add a pinch of vanilla and 1/2 cup of peanut butter. Stir it. Then add 3 cups of oatmeal.
- Place the mixture on the paper creating a cookie. You can decorate it anything you want. Let it froze up.
