It is Mediterranean dining of cooking potatoes, typical dish for every day – delicious and easily to cook. You need only 25 minutes to cook aromatic side dish. I hope you like it.
- Potatoes – 300 g
- Rosemary – 23- springs
- Salt – 1/2 tsp.
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp.
- Carefully wash potatoes. If potato tubers are large you can cut it into twice. Wipe with a paper towel to remove the juice. Put rosemary spring into preheated pan with olive oil and fry about 1-2 minutes. It will be enough to flavor oil. Put potatoes into the pan and fry about 20 minutes. Add chopped rosemary and salt and fry another 5 minutes. That’s it! Serve it with salad.
