- 1.5 Tbsp Dukan Diet Organic Oat Bran
- 2 Tbsp of non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 egg white, beaten until frothy
- Mix oat bran and Greek yogurt together until the mixture is soft. Carefully mix in beaten egg white. Heat up a non stick frying pan, pour in the mixture and cook for 5 minutes over a medium heat or until the underside is golden and the upper side starts to dry. Flip the pancake with a spatula and cook the other side for another 5 minutes. Allow the pancake to cool briefly before serving.
- Serving suggestions: feel free to get creative! Add one tsp of Dukan Diet Organic Cocoa Powder for a chocolate flavored pancake along with 2 scoops of Dukan Diet Organic Stevia. You can also add vanilla or cinnamon.
