Paleo chocolate strawberry poppy seed muffins recipe


Ingredients: (12 muffins)
  • 12 g ground poppy
  • 5-8 ounces birch sugar to taste
  • 15 grams of strawberries
  •  3 eggs
  • 6 ounces butter or 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate and high cocoa content chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • cs half of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

1, 3 ounces butter (or 1 tablespoon of olive oil) over low heat, and break into the chocolate. Stir together until melted.

2, poppy seeds, birch sugar, eggs and diced, strawberries put together and good mix. Melt the butter in another 3 ounces (or 2 tablespoons of olive oil) and stir. If you have a set, add the baking soda, baking powder, pinch of salt and vanilla, then worked well together.

3, Make forms and garnish with halved strawberries to the top. Bake for about 30 minutes over medium heat. In the end, decorate with strawberries cut in half.
